Chuck Gonzales is a NYC-based illustrator who was raised in South Dakota. His work is often a juxtaposition of his suburban upbringing and his present urban existence. Chuck’s client base is just as diverse, as he’s worked with clients including The New York Times, The Washington Post, Disney, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and Chronicle Books. Chuck also has an extensive collection of sock monkeys stashed in his closet.

Cathy Law lives and draws in Stockbridge, Massachusetts and has illustrated for Hallmark Cards, Chronicle Books, Target, Nick Jr., and many others.  Her favorite thing to draw is pink cats and her favorite food color is orange.

Marilena Perilli has enjoyed working as an illustrator for 10 years. She has illustrated dinnerware for Fishs Eddy, books for Penguin, Running Press, Sterling and St. Martin’s Press as well as columns for Girl’s Life Magazine and for The New York Times. She recently established the look for a national junior fashion line and created new characters for Disney. Marilena is married to a fireman and lives in the Bronx.

Dasha Ziborova always enjoyed children’s books. She loved them so much that one day she decided to try to make one herself. She has since illustrated a number of books including "Crispin the Terrible", "In English, Of Course" and "The Numbers Dance." Besides illustrating books, Dasha likes mango-flavored ice cream, riding her bike around New York City, and taking her five-year-old son Philippe to the Planetarium, where they take turns pretending to be aliens.
